This class is designed specifically for students at Parkview Center School and is offered through Roseville Area Schools Community Education, meeting after school in a familiar, on-campus setting.

Students will:

create calming sensory-based projects to take home

practice simple mindfulness and grounding techniques

enjoy a relaxed, supportive space that encourages focus and creativity
